Judith L. Bomster is a partner of Butenhof & Bomster, PC, and practices in the areas of Trusts and Estate Planning, Special Needs Trusts and Elder Law. Prior to joining the New Hampshire Bar and commencing her practice with Attorney Ann N. Butenhof in 2004, Judith practiced in Rhode Island with Adler, Pollock & Sheehan, P.C., where she focused on counseling clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and public company disclosures. Her experience in managing business transactions enhances her ability to identify clients' short and long-term goals, and anticipate the benefits and consequences of various estate planning designs. The complexity of Judith's estate planning practice is well served by her strong commitment to professional ethics and her unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality representation to the firm's clients.

Judith received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhode Island College in 1992, and in 2000, she earned her J. D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire (n/k/a Pierce Law), graduating fourth in her class (equivalent to magna cum laude). While at Pierce Law, Judith received an award for Third Place Team Memorial in the 1999 Regional Jessup International Moot Court Competition, interned as a clerk with the New Hampshire Supreme Court and worked as a student attorney with the New Hampshire Appellate Defender's Office.

Judith is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate section, and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Manchester Bar Association. Judith served as the Secretary of the New Hampshire Chapter of NAELA, and currently serves on the Ethics Committee for a New Hampshire Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facility. She previously served on boards of other non-profit organizations, including as an Officer and Director of the Women's Center of Rhode Island, the oldest domestic violence shelter in the State of Rhode Island.
